This is a hard one. I love G&D and the people, they are very nice. I just hated that I had to keep calling about when my car would ready. No one reached out to me until the last day. When I was told it was suppose to be ready - then it wouldn't - because I was "behind others in line for the paint job" because "they were there before me" - why couldn't they tell me that in the first place, there was no real confirmed time for my car to be done. I was told, "Well, you've got 30 days for your rental." yes, that was true - but why could anyone tell the right date and why did I have to be the one to keep calling? Again, I came back to G&D because of my past experiences, I just would have liked better communication.

Not only did Mike Ward treat us with the utmost teapot and patience but Angela and the whole staff that I encountered upon several visits, treated me as kindly could be. My Ford look fantastic and flawless on the rear end after G&D replaced the bumper and fixed the sensors imbeddded from being rear ended. The respect G&D shown to me by calling with specific questions on the work that wasn’t in plain sight on the estimate was a refreshing difference than that from those other “corporate” automotive shops! Thank you G&D! We are customers for life!!

They did a wonderful job on renewing my Lexus bumper side panel and headlights. Lexi looks as new as when I drove her off the showroom floor! Super good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.👍💕
