I picked up my 2014 Brown Lexus from your shop Friday evening.It was dark but I was happy to see no more white scratches on my car.The sweet employee even opened my gas tank and took off white tape. Next day at work and pouring rain I noticed my car was different. I tryed to call your office but it was 5.30 pm and you were closed. My HYBRID sign was never replaced!!!!I paid $1440.00 car which included scratched hybrid sign repaired. I have photos showing my Hybrid on car when I turned it in to your shop, now it is completely missing..I am sure this was a over sight but please replace my car back to normal, call me Monday so we can fix this problem..714 421 0771 Dianna Degrave

they did not complete work when they returned my car. but when i called and said they forgot my hybyrd sign they took my car back and within an hour it was fixed and they felt bad about the mistake...

I talked to Joy today and will bring my Lexus in Thursday to take care of the single issue. My Intuitive Parking Assist/remote sensors are not working. I tried to follow the manual but still cannot get them to work. Otherwise, the repair looks great!
