Everyone I’ve worked with at G&D is very friendly and helpful. However, my car took longer than expected to fix. This is frustrating but not anyone’s fault - I get that things happen. However, no one ever reached out to me to let me know it would take longer, aside from when they needed to authorize additional work. Every time I’d call for an update, they’d give me a date/time… which would come and go with no communication. Again, taking longer than expected, while annoying, isn’t really an issue. But just keeping me in the know with a quick text or call would improved my experience so I could plan better to be without a car.
