1333 Broad St, Augusta(706) 262-71391333 Broad St, Augusta, GA 30901"There are no words to express how I felt when my two-month-old brand-new car was rear-ended while I was stopped at a traffic signal. I was angry, upset, and couldn’t help thinking, “Why me?” During the stressful repair process, I learned that Classic Collision on Broad West is a BMW-certified repair shop. From the first day until I picked up my car, I received detailed updates about the repair progress. Jackie and Christina went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and keep the process transparent. Their excellent communication and customer service made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands. I’ve been driving it for two days now, and it feels just like my brand-new car again. Thank you to everyone at Classic Collision for doing such a wonderful job repairing my baby!"
