Julia Phillips, actual owner. Once repairs were done, I couldn't tell where the damage had been. I would recommend, customer service was excellent.Updates were sent via text. One word of caution, it took a month for an appointment and a month for repairs, but that's not exclusive to this shop.

Based on the customer service experience after pickup of the vehicle I am displeased. The scheduling for drop-off was also a problem. I had an estimate performed on 7/22/26 at which point I committed to having repairs done and was told to bring the car on 8/10. I received a call 1 week prior to confirm I was still bringing the car, which I confirmed. When I showed up on 8/10 with the car I was then told they had to order parts (I had to pre-pay for them) and it would be 2-3 weeks before they would be able to work on the vehicle. I don’t understand why pre-paying for and ordering the parts wasn’t handled immediately on 7/22 or the week prior to my arrival. Someone/many people dropped the ball. Thankfully I didn’t NEED to have my car available, but I can only imagine the stress this would have caused someone else that didn’t have the luxury of time with regards to not having access to their normal vehicle.

Everything looked great after the major repairs items. My reason for downgrading to a 9 from what would have been a 10 otherwise is the fact that I paid for labor to remove ALL of the faded/molded protection film around the car to be removed, however the rear bumper was not finished.

Everything looked great after repairs, and communication when issues arose that required my input were prompt. My reason for downgrading to a 7 from what would have been a 10 otherwise is as follows. I paid for labor to remove ALL of the faded/molded protection film around the car to be removed, however the rear bumper was not finished. When I challenged them on this I was told it wasn’t in the estimate for them to do the rear bumper and I would have to come in for a new estimate and pay for them to finish that if I wanted it completed. I pointed to the exact line item on the estimate AND the final finished itemized receipt, both of which state the fact that they were to “Remove ALL PPF clear protectors”. After consulting with the manager, I was told instead of them honoring what I paid for, they would issue a partial refund for the labor paid towards the removal of the protectors. That was the resolution they felt was reasonable even after I said I wanted them to honor the quote and finish the work. That discussion occurred 1 week ago and I have yet to receive a refund. My desired outcome was for them to honor what they said they would do. This has been very disappointing from a customer service perspective for what otherwise would’ve have been an overall good experience

Jackie was very exceptional in her customer service and support. The whole process went smoothly and promptly, hopefully I don’t ever get in an accident again but if collision ever happens or I see anyone that needed auto body repair, I am definitely referring them to y’all.
