I was very impressed by the technicians thorough examination of my car when I went for my estimate as well as explaining to me there might be more costs once they took it apart for repair. This needs to be gone over again ASAP! Belly PAN is busted. Noise coming out of it while I'm driving down the road. The belly PAN was evidently replaced with a used one are not replaced at all. I don't even know if the car was washed before they painted it.It looks so bad.The inside has dust everywhere

Very professional, knowledgeable representatives. Customer Service area was very clean. I would recommend them even tho my repair was a minor one; the representative's approach was very considerate so I did not get the impression that it was a bother to fix it. (replacement of a broken driver- side exterior door handle including a reconnect of wiring for the door's power lock. A family member has already been to this location to get advice and pricing for a paint repair to section of auto that during the last six months had paint bubbleing / peeling begin. The Representative was very professional and knowledgeable, gave detailed info of the steps required to do the repair while also having a printout of steps and cost for the discussion.
