My experience with Gerber was flawless! It’s always a bad experience to have a car accident but Gerber made the repair process very easy! They knew I was on a limited time schedule with the rental and they went out of their way to make sure my car was repaired as quickly as possible. From drop off to pick up, they kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Everyone there was so very nice and helpful! I can’t recommend them enough! The repair job was spot on! Could never tell I had an accident! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very grateful to have my car back and Gerber had excellent customer service! From day one they got me set up and made me feel confident in what I needed to do next. Which wasn’t much because Gerber handled the difficulties for me! Everyone there deserves a raise, the beautiful lady at the front desk was so nice and handled everything perfectly! I’m terrible with names but I believe Kenny was the one I spoke to on getting my car fixed and he did a wonderful job informing me what to do next and keeping me updated on the process of my repairs. Highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass downtown Augusta. They are fire!

Gerber staff were very friendly and patient with my concerns about my vehicle's issue. We had a thorough conversation and confirmed expectations before the repair started, and they made sure all the details were communicated clearly. Super professional and efficient handling of my first big repair — they kept me updated often with each step of the process. The repair was also finished well before the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise! One small note: their number sometimes gets flagged as spam, which made me miss their call letting me know the repair was done early and my car was ready for pickup. Great people who do excellent work!

The whole team was great, I like the environment as soon as you walk through the front doors they make you feel right at home, but they do excellent work on the vehicles, I am very pleased with mine as bad as the damage was on it, y’all did a great job on a friend‘s car in my Aunt’s car, you give updates twice a week so we know what’s going on, Erica goes over the vehicle very thoroughly to make sure you are happy with the finish work and Harley welcomes you, it’s a great experience from start to finish. You can’t go wrong with these people. They are great thanks a lot.
