Gerber Collision and Glass (and their representatives Erika and Hailey) kept me informed throughout the entire process. They patiently and thoroughly detailed all of the changes and additions that would need to be made to fix my truck and ensured everything went according to plan. Even the final cost, despite being a bit higher my deductible (entirely due to some unforeseen issues unrelated to the accident), was reasonable and lower than expected. I'd highly recommend them.

Erika was my estimator for the work, and she took time to explain everything I asked, the entire process from start to finish, and made the whole experience very comfortable.
