I was impressed by Lively's work. I had worried about matching the paint which has some "sparkle" in it, and they matched it perfectly! I was impressed with the speed of the repair and with the courteous and competent staff!

Great communication. Car looks great. Quality work and just a very good overall experience. One recommendation, please fix that pot hole at top of your entrance. The person who dropped me off did not see it( nor did I) and she bottomed out. It made a piece of trim come off / be dis-lodged from her car.

Our Toyota Tacoma was recalled for a new paint job. Lively's was tasked by Toyota to complete the job. When I received my truck, It was better looking than when I first bought it. From the outside to the inside, they went far above the painting and cleaning than what I thought they were going to do. I feel like I am driving a brand new Tacoma. Thank you Lively.

We did not cause the wreck. We followed everything State Farm said. Our car was not put back together to its pre collision condition. When picking up the vehicle it would not start cuz the battery was drained. It’s only a year old battery. We took the car to the shop and they put in a spare battery so ours could get a charge. Should take 48 hrs to charge. My mirror popped off and we taped it back on. Figured it was an easy fix. No you did not. The plastic piece at top of lift gate popped off. It was not replaced. Y’all did a shabby job and State Farm let you do a shabby job. Then you ask me to pay a $500 deductible. After arguing and phone calls it was only a $200 deductible that I had to pay. Why? I was not at fault.

State Farm tells them what to do. We were very unhappy with the outcome. Livelys is probably a good shop but with SF telling them what is covered and what’s not that made us, the customer, very dissatisfied. Livelys takes the blame for that. As well as the condition of the car not starting.

Livelys is who we were forced to use thru State Farm. We had a wreck that was not our fault. Our insurance said they’d take care of us but we had to use their shop for the work. Two issues were not corrected that were not issues prior to the collision. Livelys stated that SF would not fix them. Sounds like they were in it together to me. On top of that when we went to pickup the car it would not start. The battery was drained due to the work on the lift gate. They jumped us off and we drove off with a very weak battery. We went to another shop to have the battery checked. Their words were “the battery is not that old. During the repair the battery was drained and should have been charged. We will give you a spare battery to use while we charge your battery back up. Should take a couple days and we will switch them back out.”
