Excellent customer service, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great turn around time from vehicle drop off to completion. Text message alerts were great, you knew exactly what step of repair you vehicle was in. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing work done. Thank you so much! Job extremely well done. I was kept up to date on time line for repairs. Office staff was very efficient in handling any calls I made to the business. I have said this at least once or twice, I hope I do not need to return for more repairs. If that happens again, I would not hesitate to return to Gainer for more repairs.
