I was completely satisfied with the recent body work that was preformed on my 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid vehicle. I was also treated in a friendly and professional way by all staff members My insurance first offered a different body work company. Since I had work done at Gainers previously on this vehicle, I ask them to have the work done at your facility. If I am ever in a position to have other body work done, I would gladly return there. I was completely satisfied with both customer service and quality of repair work that was done on my vehicle. I had previous service and repair work done at Gainer on this same vehicle over a year ago. When representative from Liberty Mutual first offered repair service with another local business, I requested service be done at Gainer Auto Body and Repair Service due to my past experience with this business. I was extremely pleased again with both their customer service and quality of repair work. In the future, I hope I do not need to have any more repair work done on this, or any other vehicle. However, if that happens, I would not hesitate to request service with Gainer again. My experience working with Scott and Trevor was a pleasant experience.
