I am satisfied with the repair! Progressive told me that Collision center is supposed to tell me when to return the rental car, i thought it can be returned when i get call from insurance or rental, but i was never told of such 24hrs policy!

The man named dave was rather forward with me when i dropped off my car. He hit on me for about 5 minutes straight, Commenting on my looks multiple times asking me if I had a boyfriend or a husband, and repeatedly trying to get me to address him as "handsome Dave." It was inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable.
