My transmission is currently gone in my suv, after being lied to about its past whatever test. When i got my vehicle back and took it to the shop it had 14 codes of something being wrong with the engine.

The repairs made on my vehicle were exceptional. Great paint job and everything lined up perfectly. They even washed my truck and cleaned it. Since the repairs done were so flawless, I’m giving all credit to the crew(s) responsible.

The front desk person was very professional, thorough and kind. I would rate them with a 10. Unfortunately, when I picked up my truck the gas tank was bone dry. I mean I’m surprised I made it to the gas station.

Thanks to the nice young lady that met us when we dropped off the car. We were early for our appointment with Alonzo and she was able to process the paperwork for us. Alonzo was very helpful and his communication with me was excellent. I think communication was lost a bit with enterprise rental and their insurance company. Caused a delay for us to getting the car back. It is what it is.

They did a very good job and even took care of an issue from a repair that was completed (pin-stripping) from an incident almost 3-years ago.

Dropped my vehicle off and initially was told 3 days. I understand that once they actually teat it down, more parts may be required. What would have made this experience top of the line would have been if they actually sent out "Status Updates". They never contacted me during the repair process. I finally called 10-days into the repair to find out the status on my car. That's not acceptable.
