The 2023 Jetta, Silver, was in the shop due to front end collision repair. Upon repair completion, the car was pulling noticably to the left. The shop should have taken a more indepth look at it and made the necessary repairs. Instead, my daughter was requested to take the car to Volkswagon for further diagnosis. I believe this to be unacceptable.

I'm afraid that my camera for backing up is not functioning the way it was prior to this repair. I called about it and I'm going to try to bring my car back in, but I was told there was nothing you could do about it which seems bizarre since it was working fine prior to this visit and bumper repair. Service technician was very helpful during this process except at the end here I feel like I was told there was nothing that could be done, but this was not broken until I brought my car to you

Honestly I can’t say enough good about our experience. It was a simple hood repaint but Sam treated it as if it was a costly money making full repaint of the entire vehicle. From the initial on line quote from pictures sent from my phone to pick up of the finished work, we were blown away with the professionalism of the entire staff. Seriously, thank you for a courteous, professional and stress free experience. And did I mention the work was exceptional. Wait, they provided a complimentary car wash as well. Great job guys!

Mr. Swinehart is the best. He answered all my questions and explained the process that allowed me to bring my car in after the bumper was painted and all the parts were received. I was in and out in ~3 hours. The technicians did a good job. Everyone that I encountered e.g. Beth & Jordan were helpful. I would be willing to serve as a reference. However, I don't want to be a customer again :).

Well for starters, when it comes to customers service and communication id give a good 7.5. But I cant give an actual over all score because I ordered my bumper parts they came in damage so they had to return them and order a new part, that next one was also damage they sent that back now were waiting on bumper number 3. Its been over 2 weeks for a simple job and hopefully the part comes in not damage next time and I can give an updated review when my repair is actually repaired. Till then 5 give is all I can give.
