Everyone ws great in letting me know what was going on with the process as well as being polite and professional. Although I can't predict the future, I am hoping that the repairs done to that area of my car continue to function on the underneath as well as the appearance of repairs done on the outside in that area.

Again, as previously stated in my last comment, the repairs all seem fine on the outside of the vehicle. Hoping that is true in the long-run for the functioning of that area of the car being that is on the gas tank side

Very happy with the care and attention to detail that was provided by your body shop. Rick kept me updated and went over and above to try to research a rear tire issue that had nothing to do with the repair on the car.

Rick, the body shop manager, went above and beyond to try to identify the cause of a tire pressure warning message. Warning had nothing to do with the accident but he brought it my attention and explained a potential problem with one of my recently installed tires. Again, this had absolutely nothing to do with the accident but he made me aware and tried to resolve the warning message.
