It was a good experience. They kept me updated and Mike was wonderful! I was upset at one point and he handled it so professionally.my car looks like new. I think they even vacuumed it!

I noticed a week after pick up that the trunk is slightly off center.

I had to call to get any updates on my car. I also was supposed to get a call back to confirm that my car would be ready between 3 and 4 pm. Instead, they just stated I knew it would be. Huge lack of communication throughout the process. However, when I did call they were very thorough about the updates. They just never provided them without prompt.

They went above and beyond the work that was supposed to do. They fix things that wasn't part of the insurance claim. Like my horn my turning signal my cruise control they fixed my bumper. Along with a few other things. But then things that they were responsible to fix was the steering column the passenger sun visor and the passenger backseat door and window. So I am very satisfied with their work
