The repairs turned out great. There was very minor damage as part of the work that was done to a part that wasn't damaged in the accident. However they offered to take care of it.

Service sat on our car for a week before getting it to the body shop. The body shop took longer than estimated. Communication broke down when it came to it taking longer than expected. Due to the delay between the service repair and body shop, our rental time ran out. And they made no effort for a loaner or to extend the rental.
