License plate not mounted in factory position. Mounted too low causing the bottom part of plate to overlap hitch. Makes hitch unusable. Rear seatbelt sensor was an item to look at/repair on the estimate. However, it still does not function appropriately and does the same thing it did when I dropped my vehicle off. When opening and closing my lift gate, you can hear a loose part rolling around the inside of the lift gate. Zero communication from the rep assigned to my case. Spoke to him on 2/20 and have not spoken to him since then. Did not receive any communication about the changes to the repair plan of my vehicle (changing from replacement to repair). no one walked me out to my vehicle to perform a walkthrough and discuss the repairs at the time of pickup.
