They did a great job on my wife's car. Not only did they do the body work but had the front end fixed also. They always stayed in contact with us and kept update through the progress. It will be the only collision specialist we use from this point moving forward.

When I came in to sign the folder with information of the scheduled repairs it could not be found. I ended up (after about a 20 minute wait at closing time) signing a blank folder. When we came to pick up the car it took 15 minutes or so to find out it was not ready yet. No one really seemed on top of information for customers.
