Explanations for what is needed are thorough and understandable. When other companies may 'give up' finding parts, Gateway persists until they find not only the right parts but the right ways to install them. Worked closely with insurance to provide the best parts and service. When insurance requested used parts instead of OEM, Shadi wouldn't accept anything but prime condition, going through several parts before they agreed on OEM.

First time coming to Gateway for body service. Being the original owner of my GMC Terrain, I was nervous on finding a shop that could match paint correctly for a 10 year old car. All I can say is how astonished I was that the Gateway team was able to match the six different corners I had dings on. After the service Shadi had taken the time to detail the vehicle inside out, and my GMC looked showroom new. Will forever be a Gateway customer.

Shaadi is always great to work with, very patient and resourceful and I appreciated his prompt communication. However there’s been a new change in their banking process where they offload the credit card processing fee to the customer which is new. Compared to other shops and the dealer, this is off putting.

The insurance company considered the damage too much to cover, so I didn't have a chance to see a repair. However, the staff members were helpful, clear, and prompt to communicate.
