Service was spectacular. Their repair team went above and beyond. My vehicle returned better than before damage, and immaculately clean, inside and out. They even organized and stored random items left in back seat. My estimator Steven Campbell was especially friendly and helpful throughout the process and kept me well-informed about progress in a timely fashion.

Our experienced wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best either. We had them complete an estimate of the repairs and had to sign some forms, only to be asked again to signed the forms when we were goi;g to drop the vehicle off because they couldn’t find them. Small stuff but for a first time customer, wasn’t the best first impression.

In general, they did a good job. There were a few details that needed to be addressed the day that the vehicle was supposed to be ready for pick up, and the team did make those small repairs. Also, we had to bring it back the following business day because noises coming from the gate door (rattling and squeaking). They discovered that some clips needed to be secured back in place.
