On our way home after picking up the car after entering the freeway we noticed extreme vibration in the steering wheel. As we entered New Caney the tire warning light came on. We immediately exited the freeway, after inspection of the tire put on by you we did not notice anything in the tire but did notice that the tire was not showing registered in the car as the other tires. We made a drive to Liberty and noticed the car vibrating even more upon returning home it was noticed that 2 lug nuts had come off the car with another one backing off. This could have been deadly for me and my great granddaughter. I hope that you do not do this to anyone else. This has been a horrible experience. The stripping on my door is lifted just as when I arrived on the day of pick up

I received my car with the stripping on the back door coming lose. Two lug nuts on the front driver side on the tire you replaced came off my and a 3rd was backing off. This could have been deadly for me and my family.

Luis, (whom I had no idea was working on my case initially) was argumentative and had a “matter of fact” attitude when I stated my concerns regarding their lackadaisical reassembly of the bumper. They tried to charge me $3000 extra to “put the number on correctly”. They took the bumper off of the car at this point, and I simply told them I’m not paying that and to put my bumper back on as is. Low and behold, a few days later, the bumper was fitted perfectly. They wasted my time because they could not see through their carelessness. It wasn’t the sub-par job, it was the way I was treated when I voiced my problems. As for Kevin, I will give him his props, he had an understanding attitude even during the disagreement; as anyone in customer service should.
