It is my second time back at Gator. And I am so glad I already knew them. Just as expected, everything went very smooth, my car was not drivable but they really know what they are doing, my car not only looks better than before it also drives better. Good morning Gator Collision, sorry haven’t been able to respond in a timely manner on my feedback. I do have some concerns regarding the front bumper. The bumper looks like it never got pop into place it still. There’s running paint at the lower part of bumper and on the hood, you can tell when they were buffing out the fender they hit the hood and took off the clear coat.

I didn't want to wait to receive a survey, I searched to find it on the website. I wanna say Gator Collision is literally a 10/10. The customer service is pure excellence. I was so impressed with how welcoming they are, how they updated me throughout the process of them fixing my car, and the quality in the end results when I received my car back. I hate i was in a wreck, but super glad they handled my repairs. Thanks Steven for making this experience less stressful.

I was very impressed. My Tesla was quicksilver and I heard shops have trouble matching. They gave me a quote that was fair and a time frame. It was ready on time no surprises. Beautiful work. Can’t tell it was ever damaged. Very pleased.

Upfront with price and timeframe and the work was done as agreed upfront on time for the agreed price which I thought was fair. The car was clean and ready to go when I got there. Repair is undetectable exactly what I was hoping for. Also, they made me feel very comfortable about leaving my Tesla there for work as Tesla does require some special attention when doing this type of work
