5 big Stars. My experience was great. The owner and the staff are very friendly and professional. They continually provided me with updated status. Christian was respectful, professional and helpful. He kept me updated through the process, and explain to me every detail about the repair. My car was also clean when I got in it! I completely agree that they went above and beyond. My truck looked great when I picked it up! It was ready a little earlier than I expected which was a plus 👍🏼. My only negative comment is when I paid my insurance deductible I was informed of a processing charge when I presented my bank card. I was never informed of this when I dropped my vehicle off.

Gator collision did a marvelous job fixing my Tahoe. Their professionalism and updates throughout the repair process was great. So easy picking up and dropping off my rental vehicle at their shop really helped me manage all of that. No worrying about a ride back n forth from someone else. 1 stop shop. A real pleasure dealing with such a great group.

I really appreciate the consistent updates in regards to the how the repairs were going. In addition to that I also appreciate their willingness to help me with securing my rental car. My only complaint is the length of time that it took to get the repairs done. I turned my car November 24, and I didn’t get my car back till December 31. I understand that there were 2 major holidays during that time. However it just felt like an excessive amount of time for the nature of my repairs.
