While the work was done good. I have a problem with being lied to. When I came to pick up my vehicle my spare tire was being placed back into my vehicle. My question was why was my spare tire taken out because nothing was wrong with my tires. It could not be explained why The tire was removed. Then someone was honest enough to tell me that the tire had to be removed because another vehicle like mine did not have their tire. However when I addresses with the owner of the shop he lied in my face and told me that it was an accident that he sent someone to come take the tire out of another Rogue but they took it out of mine by mistake. The problem with that was my tire has never been used and clearly you can tell that my tire had been driven on. I feel that I should’ve been compensated for the use of my tire.

unfortunately the repair took to long. thankfully it was deducted from the payment. my seat was left with black gunck and my car has a funny smell. it might be from the paint.

I wish I could give them 100(overly satisfied) Victor was amazing. He answered all my questions and he was very knowledgeable. I was a little worried that I would not be satisfied with the job but I’m very satisfied, the car looks brand new, it was done in the time frame quoted and they even gave it a nice wash and clean after they were done. I Can only sing praises. P.S. There is a spunky lady in the office. She’s a joy to deal with. She was very friendly and courteous. Love , love , love the service and will be back if the new arises
