Poor service. Would not use ever again. Broken glass chunks and shards left in vehicle which I had to clean before driving away or seating passengers. Car smelled of cigarettes and I don't smoke. My odometer was tampered with and set back by nearly 12,000 miles and they denied changing it despite the incoming and outgoing records showing different mileage. When I called G&B about this their technician told me that I was confused and must be looking at something else. As though I don't know my own car which I've had for 10 years. How offensive! Safelite repaired my window the same day I dropped the car at G&B yet G&B kept my car for two extra days, telling me it wasn't ready when I went for it the day after I dropped it off. I've had a previous bad experience with G&B where items of value were taken (without my permission) from my trunk and not returned. I will never use them again.
