I was satisfied with the manual work done on the car. However, I was disappointed with their customer service. My car was supposed to be ready on 9/2. I received a call two days before that it would be another week. That was fine, I understand things happen. My car was then supposed to be ready the following Friday, 9/8 by 5pm. I received a call at 2pm on that Friday telling me my cat wouldn't be ready until Monday. I found this very unprofessional. You don't call someone hours before their car is expected to be ready and then delay it another 2 days. I informed the individual that I had tickets bought for an event that Saturday and I needed my car. They made it happen ... I received a call Saturday at noon that the cat was ready. I arrived at 2:00 pm and waited an hour for my car. The wait time was ridiculous and calling a customer last minute was unprofessional. But like I said earlier, I have zero complaints about the actual work done. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy rental for having to wait the extra week.

I had a wonderful experience at G&B. Their service was extremely fast and easy. The front desk receptionist was the sweetest woman ever and made my experience waiting for my car lovely. I would absolutely return and recommend anyone there.

imagine the horror of finding your fairly new car with damage while it was parked. G&B was calm, honest, helpful, competitive and fast. Best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. we have no problem not only referring friends and family but G&B will be my family's go to for all our car needs. Very happy with the work

I had a wonderful experience with G&B. The owner, Ellis, and everyone else I dealt with, from the body shop to the adjusters to the front office staff, were helpful, courteous and professional. G&B is committed to having satisfied customers, and went out of their way to make sure I had a rental for the holiday weekend when my repairs took longer than anticipated. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
