I do not believe you replaced the damaged fender. I see nuts and bolts under the fender indicating to me that the fender was not replaced but only partially repaired. I can still see the steel bolts. I do not believe that the fender was replaced. I thought that what was I was getting done. Next time everything MUST be written down on paper before we agree to anything. No more oral agreemenents! I am very unhappy! I'm not sure I want you to do any more work on my car!

There was a lot of going back and forth. Delivery dates were changed multiple times. The car was clearly not 100% ready when picking up - rim cover for one of the tires was not placed on. I was told AC had been looked at, but it wasn't working. Returned car for the AC ( and now this process has become a back and forth inconvenience. Dropped the car Friday 19, May, 17, as of today Monday 22, May 2017 I have no idea when to expect completion-my calls are going directly to voicemail)
