Super job! Ken Mills was welcoming from the start. He keep me updated every step of the way, quick too! Picked it up and it had been washed. Wow! Front desk staff very nice and patient, also. From one to ten, with ten being the highest l give Ken a big TEN!

Great job! Quick turnaround. Ken Mills, Service Writer, lived up to his title. He kept me informed through the whole process. He accepted my suggestions. I seldom give a 10 rating, but in this case it is deserved. He and his team deserve all the thanks, AND my car was washed before I picked it up!
