It took two weeks for a mirror replacement. I know that the order took longer than expected to arrive but it was difficult to get an update. And when I did call to find out what was going on, the person who was in charge of my repair sounded annoyed. Overall I think the repair was fine and the car wash was a nice touch. The customer service was poor. For $700 just for a mirror repair, I would expect a little bit more kindness and responsiveness.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience working with G and C Auto body. They were very professional, communicated well and were very prompt in ordering parts and completing the repairs.
