The car was brought from the Hayward Location to San Jose. I had to fill out a lot of links multiple times so the system was updated. It seems like that should be internal. Also, the door doesn't lock properly after being serviced. This was not explained at the time. I am waiting for backordered parts, so I will have to return to have the car finished being serviced. Some parts were not able to be replaced and I am waited for reimbursement from AAA as per service team.
