Martin is excellent and so was Serena. Both friendly, polite and professional. The whole thing with rental car is coordinated so well. Jeff and another gentleman who came to help me (whose name I didn’t get ) were very nice! Place is maintained well. Very very pleasant interaction . 10 out of 10!! The excellent work, the speed , care and coordination are amazing!! The car looked so clean! Thank you!!
