Not a great experience with the office person in hayward and also was charged twice my deductible payment now I had open a claim with my bank to get reimbursed and will take up to 90 days to get my money back. Office person was not polite either. My vehicle now has a cracked windshield glass which it did not have that damage when dropped off.

The on-site staff was nice and understanding. There was miscommunication from another shop/department phone call, because the on-site didn't know what was happening until they called said department. This was a minor delay but frustrating nonetheless.
