There were some issues during the repair process that required additional attention and caused concern. However, I appreciate that the shop took my concerns seriously, stood behind their work, and followed through on their commitments. The final repair was excellent. The dent on the bumper of my Cadillac was repaired properly, and the finished result looks great. I also felt they demonstrated integrity by making sure the job was completed correctly. I wanted to share both the challenges I experienced and the fact that they ultimately made things right.
