Alonso was wonderful and very professional throughout the entire process. There were times when I needed to reschedule, and he showed respect for my time and availability. The repair came out wonderfully, and Alonso was thorough with the explanation of the repairs and what was done.

En momentos hubo un poco de displicencia y no habia funcionarios que hablaran español, frances o alemán. Lo cual dificulto un poco la comunicación ya que en el taller solo hablan mayoritariamente solo ingles.

My car didn't turn out right at all! They left a gap between the front bumper and the headlight. Fernando, was the one who attended me, had a bad attitude and did not answer my question; He just told me that he didn't know why there was that gap. The experience with this body shop was very unsatisfactory. I won't come with them again.

Ebraheem went above and beyond in helping me get my Lexus repaired. He communicated with me with updates and explained everything very well. He brought my car back not just fixed with all the repairs but he cleaned the inside and out so I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the customer service and my car repairs. It was a wonderful experience with G&C Auto Body Santa Clara for me. I have been there to fix the rear bumper damage on my car and they were able to take care of it in a day. The main reason that I was super happy with shop was the necessary and needed information that I was given prior & post service and the pre-ordering of the parts before I drop the car.
