Mark was amazing! From the start he was very friendly and showed concern. He was understanding and informative as well. He was professional and I was surprised my car was finished as fast as it was. Wow. This body shop is the best. Friendly and attentive during drop off and pick up, and responsive when i phoned in. They kept me abreast of the work, and even though I bought my vehicle new, it lever looked so good as after their work on it.

Your staff Does not work synchronized with one another. Your secretary starts talking at you as soon as you come through the door. Do you realize how far away from the door she sits. And she does not bother to look at you or listen or rise from her seat to make it easier. Her response to everything is fill out the claim forms. Even after I told her i already did that and i was there to have a part installed. 10 days after my first visit I called your office for an updated. Transferred 3 times and each time I had to explain why I was calling. I suspect that is when the part was ordered. I was assured The part would be in a few days so made the appointment to come in and have a simple mirror piece installed. When I got there the part was not in. I asked why I was not called and told not to come in, answer was we were to busy for that. I missed an afternoon of work for your lack of concern. You are to busy for customer service? Future business and referrals from me out the door.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because when I received my car back it was all dusty on the dash and center console they did a good job fixing my car thoe and they at least washed the exterior before handing my car back to me.
