The quality and look of the front bumper doesn’t completely match the one that was replaced.

My car only had a small superficial scrape on the front bumper, everything else on my car was working perfectly fine. When I received my car I was satisfied with the repairs done to the bumper but when I started driving my car I noticed the window would not close all the way up as it did previously, I tried to roll it down and back up and the glass got stuck, my window motor is broken and I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. I had never had any problems with my windows before this, i’m not sure if maybe they lost the keys to my car and tried to open it through the window and messed up the motor, but it was perfectly fine before.

We are satisfied with the repairs done to our Honda HRV, Daniel and the team were very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process, and keeping us updated as well. We dropped our vehicle off on Monday 08/03 to start repairs and it was ready for pick up by Thursday 08/06!

Daniel and the team at G&C Auto Body in Tracy were very friendly and welcoming upon entering the building. Daniel as well as the team were very communicative throughout the entire process for my auto repair. The process was honestly way quicker than what I would’ve imagined, I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning, and my vehicle was ready for pick up by Thursday afternoon that same week. They also made the car rental return process WAY easier and convenient! They also offer a shuttle in case you need to get dropped off at the car rental location to pick up your rental at time of initial drop off, but this service was not needed in this situation. I would highly recommend anyone in need of auto body repairs to G&C Auto Body Tracy, CA if they are ever in need of repairs. I hope I do not need to come back LOL, but if it is ever needed in the future, I will know where to go! Thank you guys again!
