Just so happens that my Pilates teacher has just recently taken her Pilot in after being rear ended. She experienced some of the same obvious missing things that I have from the same G&C

Person to person communication is great. They are VERY NICE PEOPLE! Just didn't do little things that should have been done before I picked up the car. Cost me a lot of time waiting in the lobby
