When I got home I looked at the right side of my car and there is paint chipped on the right side bottom of the back door. This wasn’t like that before.

The work is excellent. My car looks so good now. And everyone there was really kind and thoughtful. They always kept me up to date with phone calls and with text messages. The waiting room is kind of basic. Don't let that fool you. Their work is excellent. And the customer service is first class. I'm so glad that my insurance company recommended them and that I chose them.

Totally satisfied with repair. Not as satisfied with communication regarding picking my vehicle up. Was contacted at approximately 2:30p on Friday that vehicle was ready to be picked up and expected to pick up before closing with no regard for my schedule. Upon getting vehicle on Monday was again satisfied but my cab cover was reinstalled unevenly. I was able to correct but it was something I should not have needed to correct. Finally, the outside of the rear hatch windows had a haze which required several cleanings before haze could be removed. Again something that should have been completed before receiving vehicle.
