I had been rear ended. The bumper on my vehicle had a hole and was deformed for over a month. I wanted a new bumper they said they could fix it. Well it doesn’t fit right after the repair and it did before. They told me they never fit right-but it did before. Brand new vehicle-now it won’t ever be right. Should have replaced the bumper.

The only thing it took 1-2 days longer than expected due to getting parts. My thought on this was that to be believable, perfect down the line is impossible. Was I inconvenienced? No.
