Unfortunately, over the past 5 years Tom and I have become friends. I wish sometimes it was only a a professional level though. However, Tom and his crews have always treated me like a friend that grew up in Pulaski. I’d say the most important aspect of having a service-oriented business…. COMMUNICATION is paramount to success. Well, that’s Gerald’s. They’ve always giving me fair estimates of work, labor and they’ve personally helped us when we’ve had a few incidents. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and call you by name every time you stop by. Tom has also fixed a few things on my race car that I obviously forgot to secure. He’s a true Gentleman and Man of his word. I send everyone who needs body, or automotive work to see Gerald’s.

The body work looks great and it had been washed. I had to take it back for mechanical work that is not working properly. Hopefully they can fix everything correctly without me having to take it to the dealer.
