Nick and Terry were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire repair process. From start to finish, the level of service, communication, and care they provided was outstanding. They made sure I was kept informed, answered any questions I had, and genuinely treated my truck like it was their own. The quality of the repair was excellent, but what really stood out was the customer service. It’s not often you come across people who take this much pride in both their work and how they treat their customers. I’m only choosing a seven is because I had to take the car back and then I’m still gonna have to take it back because there is a cover that was left in the backseat of my car that I think that goes over my battery.

The reason I’m writing at seven is because when I went back to originally picked my car up for the first time the check engine light was still on so I had to be put back into a rental car. They did bring my bring my car to me Friday and I didn’t get a chance to drive or look at it cause I was headed out of town but when I got back home Sunday, I noticed that there was a cover in the back of my backseat that looked like it goes over my battery so I called the shop and told them about it and I gotta bring it back up sometime today or tomorrow
