I don't really know how much of this was COVID-19 and how much of it was caused by other aspects of the process of repairing my car, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with getting a car repaired after a wreck. The original completion date came and went it was change twice once repairs started. It took two months almost for everything to be completed. The shop for the most part kept up their end of the process. I was promised updates twice a week and this happened about three-fourths of the time. The final results were acceptable but if I had been stuck with having to get a rental car, I would have been almost bankrupt by the time the job was completed. There was no offer of lowering my part of the bill, no offer to make any of the inconveniences up for me, just your car's finished you can pick it up.

Gerber staff were the only once among those contracted by the insurance who gave factual estimate and turn around time. They kept me updated twice a week on each step of repair and completed as promised. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The car could not start after repair completed and they replaced the battery for free. Even though the battry served around 4 months, they valued me as a customer and took full responsibility. I will definitely use them again I'm the future if the need arises and recommend for any one requiring autorepair.
