Gerber Collision and Glass did an amazing job! It seems as if the damage never happened. On top of them doing a spectacular job on the repair and paint job, they went out of their way and washed and cleaned the interior of my car with excelent attention to detail! The stain removal on my carpet is what makes it clear they really go out of their way to keep their customers more than completely satisfied! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone that needs any repairs or paint work done! Plus the lifetime warranty guarantees you their work is done right!

They were not true to their word of getting all the parts needed to complete the job in a timely fashion. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN!

There is a lot of white residue all over my pickup where it was buffed and inside the topper lid. My bed topper was very dirty where they didn't clean it.

They initially told me it would take a week to fix the hail damage, after the first week, they advised me it would take another week. I had turned in my rental car after the first week because of their communication. At the end of the second week, they advised me it would take a third week because they were missing a trim, I don't understand why they didn't order all the parts needed when the repairs were approved by my insurance. It still wasn't ready by the end of 3 weeks and was another 2 days into week 4 before it was ready. Very poor preparation on their part, even though they had agreed to repair 2-3 weeks prior to my taking it in.
