Gerber staff did an excellent job of repairing my car after it was hit while parked by a u-haul truck. I can't tell it was ever damaged. All staff I spoke with were calm, knowledgeable & caring during a stressful time for me. They kept me informed of what repairs would be made & when they would be completed.

The repair looked really good and after using my vehicle after the repair over the past few weeks, everything appears to be working the same as it was before. The only reason it’s not a 10, is because the driver’s door is not completely flush with the rear door, which doesn’t create a problem, but is more of just an aesthetics thing. Overall, I was happy with the repair and the quality of work.
