You did a terrible job detailing the car, we would have been satisfied not having the inside done as the windows made it impossible to drive, the rag used was apparently the same one that had the greasy stuff used to shine the dash. The dash plastic in front of the dash lights was as bad. We had to carefully drive it to my work place to use their windex to somewhat get that mess off so we could drive home. Not every part was cleaned either, not all windows were cleaned. Unacceptable…

The windshield was disgusting and we could not see out of it all due to the detailing! It was detailed with the same rag as the grease to clean the dash, every window except thy missed one was the same as well as the dash light area.

They padded the work, replaced tail light and that was not even part of the wreck. We did not get a very detailed bill either, not sure what was replaced vs fixed.
