Ryan was very professional and helpful. He kept me informed of the progress. When minor issues arose (when used parts didn't work, which I don't know why used parts were being used in the first place), he updated me and apologized. He was good.

I was seriously impressed with the quality of work, the Gerber customer service, vehicle updates and the honestly, whole process. I love my vehicle, and I’m very picky about how it runs and looks. The Gerber team took great care of our vehicle and the quality of work performed on restoring it after a collision was beyond my expectations.
