Ashton and Laura were incredible. Ashton handled my quote and worked with Enterprise to get me scheduled for a rental. Doug the general manager keeps a tight ship. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Gerber Collision in Avon! I recently had the back of my car repaired after a bumper accident, and the results were nothing short of amazing. The team made the repair process completely seamless from the initial estimate to the final touch-up, they were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. My car looks like nothing ever happened, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of their work. I think Audi was the problem in the whole repair.

I think the work was good. They didn’t have somebody that could calibrate it after it was finished, which seemed kind of strange, but I am sure the technology is changing so quickly. Audi parts took forever, but not really their fault at Gerber.

Doug and Ashton helped me very quickly with installing a side mirror and repairing a door dent on the same side while the panel was off. They were priced fairly and handled the work ASAP while I did a quick errand. So grateful to just have it taken care of!
