I had an insurance agent that only contacted me once and never returned calls. I also was told that I can have a rental car through the ordeal then a month into a new agent contacted me and said he didn’t care what I was told in the past that will only be covered for 600 out of 20000! I am definitely switching this is horrible to happen to me!

Repairs are not to my satisfaction and was told that the facility and staff are unable to fix it correctly. On top of that, I picked up my truck very dirty inside and out.
