I think Audi was the problem in the whole repair.

I think the work was good. They didn’t have somebody that could calibrate it after it was finished, which seemed kind of strange, but I am sure the technology is changing so quickly. Audi parts took forever, but not really their fault at Gerber.

Everyone at Gerber was amazing! From the estimator, his name began with a D- to Laura and Ashton at the front. The texts were great to keep me informed on progress and if I called to inquire or ask a question about progress or payment process they were both SO nice and patient. Because I know that must be hard to take those calls!!!!!! First class service AND my car looks amazing! Also, my headlights got buffed out and they look SO good. This is the second time our family has used Gerber and it has been nothing but professional and smooth. Thank you so much for everything. I am grateful!

I had a bike come partially off a rack and put a big gouge in the rear quarter panel. When they looked at it they gave a very accurate preliminary estimate, the got it in within a couple days and repaired it at almost the exact initial estimate.
