they do a horrible job of communicating. You drop your car off and they don't want you to call to find out what the status is, but do not tell you how to communicate. Given the high quality of the work that they do, I would like to return there. The person at the front desk (Diane) doesn't seem to have information and doesn't give out correct info, and Marisa is very, very talented and a reason that the place runs so well but is also a little mean.

Was very surprised and thankful that the car was detailed. I have 3 kids and I k ow there was a bunch of crushed goldfish in the back carpet. The car looked great on the inside and where the damage happened, on the front end.
