I had a bike come partially off a rack and put a big gouge in the rear quarter panel. When they looked at it they gave a very accurate preliminary estimate, the got it in within a couple days and repaired it at almost the exact initial estimate.

Communication from Gerber was excellent and the entire staff (Laura at the desk, Doug who helped with the estimate and I believe Oscar who did the repairs) were all friendly. Met them in person and both Laura and Doug were mailed me a few times.

Ashton a nice guy, but I was initially led to believe car would be ready to repair a week ago, and didn’t happen. Laura several times out of sync with Ashton on billing, snd didn’t know who I was as owner versus Steve who picked up car. Text messages inaccurate on billing and timing of repair several times. Rep’s tried hard, and were nice, but communication not great.
